Shift Leader

Duck Donuts is seeking a motivated and upbeat individual with a friendly personality who will provide exemplary service to our guests while leading other team members to do the same.
This person must have the ability to take initiative to solve problems, interact with guests, and be a positive example to the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences through training and coaching the team and through exemplifying the Duck Donuts standard for exemplary service to each guest.
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
- Follows Duck Donuts recipes and procedures and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for safety, sanitation, and labor standards in addition to Duck Donuts' standards while on duty.
- Delegates tasks to team members as needed while also setting a positive example by completing all assigned duties and taking initiative to complete additional cleaning, organizational, and prep tasks as time permits.
- Assists managers with rollout of system-wide promotional campaigns, limited-time-offers, training initiatives, and updates to policies, procedures, or recipes.
- Communicates concerns to management and works with management to implement plans enhanced performance.
- Maintains cash intake responsibly, takes measures to reduce waste, and monitors labor margins while on shift.
Requirements:
- 2
years of experience in foodservice, preferable with supervisory experience - Has an energetic and goal-oriented personality and a proven ability to lead others in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional service to guests.
Recommended Skills Communication Friendliness Leadership Passionate Problem Solving Restaurant Operation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
