Job Responsibility Performs diversified clerical duties which may include but are not limited to:
Sorting and filing Photocopying Light typing Answering phones, taking messages Faxing Logging/recording of information Distributes and retrieves reports, data, etc.
Maintains a variety of records, books, etc.
Maintains statistical data/billing reports, etc.
Miscellaneous duties related to department Performs related duties, as required.
ADA Essential Functions Job Qualification High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Minimum of one (1) year general office experience, required.
Department-related experience, preferred.
Recent clerical experience, preferred.
Ability to utilize computer keyboard, when required.
Ability to communicate effectively.
